Law Enforcement Impounds
Let’s face it, you are not happy your car was impounded, we get it. Please note that we are only a service provider and take pride in taking car of your vehicle and storing it safely and securely. We didn’t chose to tow your vehicle, and you didn’t chose us to tow your vehicle, so we understand the emotions associated with impound towing. We tow for law enforcement 24/7/365, but only release cars during normal business hours for the safety and security of our drivers and staff.
Steps to getting your car back:
- You must be the registered owner of the vehicle to pick up or authorize an individual to pick up
- All impounds are cash only, we no longer accept credit cards for impounds
- You must have the proper credentials to get your car back. For example, if your card was towed for no insurance, you have to have a current policy with an effective date on or after your tow date. Towed for suspended drivers license? You need a licensed driver to drive the car or have it towed out.
- All vehicles must be picked up between 8-5 Mon-Friday. If vehicle is not picked up by 5, the storage fee will increase.
Impounds are expensive. These fees are regulated by the particular agency requesting the tow. These fees are high, due to the nature of the response time and staff required to answer these calls by multiple trained professionals 24/7/365. These fees are non-negotiable. These fees are for any call that is dispatched through the coordinating agency’s 911 call center. We DO NOT tow vehicles off of Ft. Liberty property without first being dispatched by the military police.
